The cuvee is based on the Glera and Pinot Nero grape varieties, which are cultivated in select vineyards in northeastern Italy. The soils, composed of marl and alluvial deposits, provide ideal conditions for aromatic and well-balanced grapes. After the white grapes are gently pressed, the Pinot Nero is vinified separately and enhanced with color, structure, and delicate fruit aromas through gentle maceration. Both components are then blended into the cuvee and undergo a second fermentation at controlled temperatures of 15 to 16 °C. After at least two months of aging on the lees, the sparkling wine develops its fine perlage and elegant structure. With a residual sugar content of 10 g/l and a balanced acidity of 5.5 g/l, this Italian Prosecco Rose DOC impresses with its freshness, harmony, and versatility.
