We currently deliver to the following regions:

Orders are shipped from Ljubljana, Slovenia, using courier services such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Delivery Schedule and Process
When will my order arrive?

For US states:
- Orders are shipped weekly, with dispatch every Friday.
- Order cut-off time: Sunday at 12:00 AM (midnight, Ljubljana time CET/CEST).
- Orders travel in two stages:
- Ljubljana to our hub in California (tracked link provided).
- California to your destination (second tracked link provided).
- Orders are shipped weekly, with dispatch every Friday.

For all other regions (including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Norway, Iceland, Thailand, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom):
- Orders are shipped directly from Ljubljana, Slovenia via courier services (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
- Estimated delivery time: 15 working days from dispatch.
Note: Alcohol imports into the USA must go through a local importer. This process influences the shipping timeline.
Important Considerations
- Legal drinking age: You must be of legal drinking age to purchase spirits, and a person of legal drinking age must sign for the delivery.
- Temporary addresses: We cannot guarantee deliveries to temporary addresses (e.g., hotels). Failed deliveries to such addresses are non-refundable.
Shipping and Return Costs
Standard Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees apply as per the selected delivery method.
- Free shipping may be available for orders meeting a certain value threshold.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Returns incur additional shipping and repackaging fees.
- These costs are separate from discounts applied to the original order and may differ from initial shipping charges.
Returns and Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund, provided they haven’t shipped.
Return Policy:
- Once delivered, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind, taste preferences, or customer error.
Failed Deliveries:

If delivery fails (due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or missed attempts), return shipping and repackaging costs will be deducted from the refund.
- For deliveries within the USA, a $70 fee applies.
- For international shipments, a $50 fee applies.

Couriers will leave a door tag for failed attempts. It is the recipient's responsibility to promptly contact the courier to arrange delivery or pickup at the nearest depot before the shipment is returned.
Issues with Your Shipment
Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
- Notify us within 1 week of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging for resolution.
- We may request the damaged goods be returned. Refunds or replacements will be processed as appropriate.
Lost or Undelivered Shipments:
- If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, inform us within 1 week of the stated delivery date.
- For stalled tracking updates (10–14 days), contact our team for assistance.
Customs and Import Regulations
Seized Shipments:
- You are responsible for understanding import laws in your country.
- We cannot be held liable for seizures, additional duties, or impounded orders.
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes in their country. If these charges are not paid and the shipment is refused or returned, no refund will be issued.
If a shipment arrives damaged, the customer must accept the delivery and provide photographic evidence in accordance with our Refund Policy.
