This plan guarantees a replacement in case your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Below, you will find details on both our SafeDrinx Protection and standard refund and return policies.

Starting at just $5.98, SafeDrinx Protection offers comprehensive coverage for your order. By adding this option at checkout, you gain the following benefits:
- Damage: If your order arrives damaged, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- Loss: If your order is lost during transit, we will replace it or offer a refund, based on your preference.
- Swap Guarantee: If you purchase SafeDrinx Protection, your bottle will be swapped regardless of what happened during shipment, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
How to Add SafeDrinx: You can easily add SafeDrinx Protection to your order during checkout. While this coverage is optional, we highly recommend it to secure your purchase against any potential issues.
Without SafeDrinx, our standard refund and return policy applies.
Standard Refund and Return Policy
Our standard policy provides the framework for addressing issues with your order, especially if SafeDrinx Protection is not selected:
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.
- Damage or Loss: If SafeDrinx Protection is not selected, claims for damaged, lost, or stolen items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Without SafeDrinx, bottle refunds in cases of brokerage or damage will be processed only after all carrier procedures have been completed, which may take up to 30 working days.
- Unopened and Unused Items: If you wish to return an item that is unopened and unused, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Products that have been opened or partially consumed.
- Items purchased as part of a clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards and other promotional items.
- Items with proof of delivery showing the client’s signature and address.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at shop@mydrinx.shop with your order number and details of the issue.
- Evaluation: If SafeDrinx Protection was purchased, we will immediately verify your claim and process a replacement or refund. Without SafeDrinx, we will evaluate your claim under our standard policy.
- Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions. Please note that for standard returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled 24H after they have been placed. If your order has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
Please note that if a parcel has already been shipped, we reserve the right to deduct part or all of the shipping costs from any refund. This applies when the refund is requested due to a change of mind or for reasons that are not related to any fault or error on our part. This policy also applies to the SafeDrinx Protection fee.
