The V8+ SANDRO Prosecco Extra Dry DOC Magnum 1.5 l + gift box is a generously sized Prosecco Extra Dry from south-eastern Veneto that combines accessible freshness, fine aromas and harmonious structure in a prestigious format. Produced by V8+, this bottling is based purely on the Glera grape variety and is bottled in a 1.5 l magnum bottle, which is known for its particularly even ageing and elegant perlage. Delivery includes a gift box, making this Prosecco DOC ideal for festive occasions, invitations and prestigious moments of enjoyment.

The vineyards are located at 30 to 40 meters above sea level in the Venetian plain and are characterized by a moderately deep, alkaline, silty-clay terroir that rests on a historical soil layer, the Caranto-Paleosol. With a planting density of 3,600 to 4,000 vines per hectare, a yield of around 180 quintals per hectare and free-cordon and double-overturned training systems, a consistent grape quality is achieved. The temperate, slightly humid climate benefits from the proximity to the Adriatic Sea and the pronounced temperature differences between cool bora winds and warm, humid scirocco currents, which promote the development of aromas. After the harvest, a gentle pneumatic pressing with rapid must separation takes place, followed by fermentation at 15 to 16 °C in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation according to the Martinotti method lasts at least 30 days and ensures a finely integrated, lively perlage.
