Topanito Reposado Tequila 100% Agave Azul is a premium tequila from Mexico made exclusively from 100% blue Weber agave (Agave tequilana). It is produced in small batches at Casa Maestri, located in the historic tequila town of Tequila in Jalisco. After harvest, the agave hearts are baked in brick ovens to prepare them for fermentation. Fermentation takes place using natural yeasts, after which the fermented agave juice is distilled twice in copper stills. With this artisanal production process, Topanito highlights the original character of the Blue Weber agave and combines traditional production steps with a versatile style.

After distillation, Topanito Reposado is aged for about six months in oak barrels. This barrel aging lends the distillate additional depth without masking the characteristic agave flavor. The fruity agave base blends with soft, spicy, and oak-influenced notes.
