The Whistler P.X. I Love You is a characterful single malt Irish whiskey that owes its elegant sweetness and depth to intensive aging in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Produced by the independent Boann Distillery in County Meath, northwest of Dublin, this bottling represents the modern renaissance of Irish whiskey – handcrafted with attention to detail and a focus on cask quality.
This single malt is first aged in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in select PX sherry casks from Spain. This double cask maturation gives the whiskey a complex range of aromas with notes of dark dried fruits, sweet oak, spices, and fine malt. With an alcohol content of 46% ABV, without chill filtration and without coloring, The Whistler P.X. remains a single malt. I Love You has been fully preserved in its natural expressiveness.
