The name "The Hearach" refers to the people of the Isle of Harris - an indication that this whisky is not just a product, but an expression of a community. Like the famous Harris Tweed, this whisky is the result of craftsmanship, tradition and local ties. A carefully balanced mix of ex-bourbon casks, Oloroso and Finobutts are used in the production process.
