This edition highlights the art of cask finishing and was created in close collaboration between the cask masters of Speyside and experienced coopers from Jerez, Spain.

For the Caskmakers, the best former Spanish sherry casks and freshly charred European oak casks were dismantled cask by cask and painstakingly reassembled. Some of the whisky matured in these reconstructed casks, creating a unique combination of classic sherry character, spicy oak and subtle smoke. This process gives the whisky an impressive depth and underlines Glenlivet's innovative strength. Bottled at 40% vol., it remains harmonious, round and at the same time full of character.
