The Tenuta San Guido Guidalberto IGT 2023 is a powerful yet elegant red wine from the famous Tuscan region that bears the signature of the renowned Tenuta San Guido winery. Guidalberto is a harmonious cuvee of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon that combines the best of both grape varieties: the elegance and acidity of Sangiovese with the structure and fruitiness of Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes come from carefully tended vineyards on calcareous and clay-rich soils, which give the wines of the region a fine minerality and deep aromas.
The grapes are selectively harvested by hand and gently vinified. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months in French oak barrels, developing soft tannins, complex spicy notes and a velvety structure. At 13.5% vol., Guidalberto IGT 2023 is full-bodied, concentrated and harmonious, with a balance between fruit, spice and elegant acidity.
