The St. Kilian Kiliani Edition BONIFATIUS Single Malt Whiskey is the latest release in the special Kiliani Edition series from the German distillery St. Kilian Distillers and pays homage to an important historical figure: Boniface. Traditionally, the distillery releases a regionally themed bottling around the feast day of St. Kilian. Strictly limited to 750 bottles, this edition was aged for over 6 years in fresh German oak casks (Virgin German Oak) and symbolically combines the strength of oak with modern whiskey craftsmanship. At 46% ABV in a 0.5-liter bottle, this German single malt whiskey is an exclusive collector’s item and a fitting conclusion to the Kiliani series.

Following previous editions such as Gailana, Gosbert, Burkard, Immina, and Hedan, the Kiliani Edition BONIFATIUS whiskey marks the final chapter of this historic series. Maturation in Virgin German Oak casks imparts a distinctive structure, subtle wood notes, and a harmonious blend of fruitiness and spice to the distillate. The influence of German oak provides depth and character, while the meticulous craftsmanship of the St. Kilian Distillery results in a balanced premium single malt whiskey from Germany that combines tradition, history, and the art of distillation.
