The Signatory Vintage BENRIACH 11 Years Old 1st Fill Amontillado Cask Cask Strength #101 2015 is an exclusive Speyside single malt Scotch whisky that combines Benriach’s elegant distillery character with the exceptional aromas of a first-fill Amontillado sherry cask. Distilled on February 10, 2015, and bottled by Signatory Vintage on March 17, 2026, after 11 years of aging, this single cask whisky is presented at a robust 58.4% ABV in its natural cask strength. The 0.7-liter bottle, presented in a high-quality tin box, is part of a strictly limited edition of just 341 bottles worldwide, making it one of the rarest releases in the Signatory Cask Strength Collection.
This whisky derives its distinctive character from its maturation in a first-fill Amontillado hogshead (Cask #101). The dry and nutty style of Amontillado sherry lends the Benriach an extraordinary depth, combining intense nutty aromas with spicy wood notes and dark fruitiness. The interplay of walnuts, hazelnuts, cedarwood, and dark chocolate is harmoniously complemented by the distillate’s oily malt core. As is typical for Signatory Vintage, the bottling is done without chill filtration and without added colorants, ensuring that all natural flavors and the full intensity of the cask strength are preserved.
