Sauza Hacienda Reposado is made from 100% blue Weber agave (Agave Tequilana Weber Azul), which thrives in the mineral-rich soils of Jalisco. After harvesting, the agave hearts are gently cooked, fermented and distilled twice. The tequila then matures for several months in oak barrels, which gives it its golden color and characteristic aromas of vanilla, caramel and oak.
