The Salzl Rose Cuvee 2025 12.5% vol. in a 0.75 l bottle is an expressive and versatile rose wine from Burgenland that harmoniously combines freshness, fruit and elegance. Produced by the renowned Salzl Seewinkelhof winery, this high-quality rose cuvee from Austria is made from the Zweigelt, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. The grapes come from different soils in the Seewinkel region, including Paratschernosem from loamy sand with a high gravel content, sandy soils and black earth from loamy silt. This diversity gives the wine its special complexity and balanced structure.

After a short maceration period, the must is separated from the mash without pressing pressure and then fermented at a controlled 15 °C in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for two months on the fine lees, creating additional creaminess and harmony. At 12.5% vol., the Salzl Rose Cuvee 2025 is fresh, fruity and elegant at the same time. The successful combination of juicy fruit, fine spiciness and animating acidity makes this Burgenland rose wine the ideal companion for warm days and a wide variety of dishes.
