The vinification was carried out with great care: After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at 15°C, the wine matured on the fine lees in small oak barrels with regular stirring. This technique gives the Chardonnay its creamy texture, fullness, and aromatic complexity. Drinking maturity begins in 2025 and, with optimal storage, extends until at least 2033, making it a wine with impressive development potential.
