Salzl Chardonnay Premium 2022 14% Vol. 0,75l

The Salzl Chardonnay Premium 2022 is a powerful, complex, and yet extremely elegant white wine from Burgenland's Seewinkel region – a prime example of masterful craftsmanship and uncompromising quality. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this premium wine showcases the full expressiveness of the grape variety while impressively highlighting the characteristics of the terroir. The vines grow on Paratschernozem soil, a loamy-sandy subsoil with a high gravel content, which gives the wine its dense structure and distinctive minerality.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 15°C in small oak barrels, where the wine is then aged on the fine lees – including regular stirring (batonnage). This traditional method gives the Chardonnay Premium not only a creamy texture, but also considerable depth and aromatic density. With 14% alcohol by volume, it is powerful and balanced, with impressive aging potential until at least 2034 with optimal storage.
