The historic Sacchetto winery produces this elegant sparkling wine in the Prapian vineyard near Tarzo-Valdobbiadene, right in the heart of the world-famous Prosecco region. The vineyards are cultivated according to the guidelines of organic viticulture. The Glera grapes are harvested by hand, with particular emphasis placed on respecting nature, the landscape, and biodiversity.

After careful hand-harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed in a horizontal press. The clarified must ferments under temperature-controlled conditions, which optimally preserves the fresh fruit and delicate aromas. The wine then matures in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions and gains additional harmony through bottle aging after bottling.
