Roner TER Lignum Whisky is an exceptional South Tyrolean whisky made from a specially created FORST Malt Blend. The malt is brewed and fermented in the traditional FORST specialty brewery before being further processed in the renowned Roner distillery according to the rules of the classic art of distillation. This close collaboration between two traditional South Tyrolean companies forms the basis for a malt blend whisky full of character that combines craftsmanship, regionality and a spirit of innovation. After distillation, the whisky is reduced to a drinking strength of 40% using particularly soft FORST brewing water, which harmoniously rounds off its structure.

The heart of this triple wood whisky is its maturation for at least five years in cherry, oak and larch barrels. These three types of wood come from the local forests around the FORST brewery and give the TER Lignum whisky its unmistakable profile. While the oak provides structure and depth, the cherry wood brings fine reddish reflections and fruity nuances, while the larch with its resinous characteristics stands for complexity. As a traditionally distilled whisky from South Tyrol, this bottling underlines the expertise of Italy's most award-winning distillery and positions itself as an independent representative of modern European whisky art.
