Porta Leone Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry DOC is produced using the traditional Charmat method. After gentle pressing and static must clarification, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank with selected yeasts and ensures the fine and persistent perlage of this Prosecco DOC from Veneto. With a residual sugar content of around 15 g/l, the extra-dry style is pleasantly fruity, balanced and particularly accessible.
