The Polz Morillon Suedsteiermark DAC 2024 12.5% vol. 0.75 l is a brilliant representative of Styrian white wine culture and impressively demonstrates the high level that the Morillon grape variety (regional name for Chardonnay) can achieve in southern Styria. Grown on a variety of soils - shell limestone, clay, sand, limestone marl and slate - this wine has a pronounced minerality and terroir-accentuated finesse. The wine is matured in steel tanks, which optimally preserves its freshness, clarity and varietal typicity.
The 2024 vintage is multi-faceted, youthful and full of vibrancy. Its harmonious acidity structure is complemented by fine stone fruit notes that are typical of the region.
