With an alcohol content of 46.9% vol., a maturation period of 5 years and bottled in an elegant 0.7-liter bottle with a high-quality gift box (UK), it is aimed at connoisseurs who want to discover an intense yet fruity-fresh rum.
This rum is based on a blend of pot still and column still distillates, which provide the typical Jamaican character: powerful ester notes meet a harmonious softness. The first maturation phase takes place in the tropics in ex-bourbon barrels before the rum is finished in France in aromatic Curacao wine barrels. This rare choice of barrel gives it an exceptional freshness that combines the exotic fruitiness of Jamaica with floral and citrus accents.
