The Glera grapes used come from controlled sites within the DOC area and are carefully harvested to preserve freshness, aroma and clarity. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, resulting in a particularly fine, persistent perlage and a fresh, fruity taste.
