The Paladin family has been cultivating its vineyards with great care and a deep understanding of the terroir since 1962. The vines for this Malbech grow on calcareous clay soils, which provide structure and maturity. After temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is aged in small oak barrels, which imparts density, aromatic depth, and fine tannins. The 2016 vintage is one of the most successful in Veneto – with optimal maturity and expression.
