Stefanshof NikStiv, based on Verjus, is an innovative, alcohol-free and histamine-free refreshing drink made from selected Gruener Veltliner and Mueller-Thurgau grapes. NikStiv was developed by two young oenologists, Stefan and Niki, who have used modern cellar technology to develop traditional Verjus into a sparkling, carbonated drink. The production process is cold-sterile, which means that NikStiv is not only alcohol-free, but also free from sulphur dioxide. The result is a natural product with a clear, modern style that translates the refreshing acidity of verjuice into a light, accessible form. The combination of high-quality base grapes and careful processing makes NikStiv a particularly versatile alternative within the non-alcoholic beverage segment.

Thanks to its clear focus as a non-alcoholic refreshment and party drink, NikStiv is ideal for social occasions, aperitif moments and modern consumption habits.
