The Nc'nean Distillery produces exclusively organic whiskies from Scottish barley, operating in a climate-neutral and sustainable manner. The Gaelic name "Aon" means "the one" – fitting the idea behind this strictly limited single cask edition, which is characterized by the cask selection.
