For the Ice Imperial Rose, every element of the assemblage has been precisely coordinated. The cuvee consists of a majority of Pinot Noir (45-55%), which provides structure and fruit intensity, and Pinot Meunier (35-45%), which enriches the cuvee with fullness, harmony and roundness. A small proportion of Chardonnay (5-10%) gives the champagne its refreshing acidity and elegance. The composition is rounded off with 20-30% carefully selected reserve wines, which guarantee intensity, depth and consistency.
