The Marzadro TRENTINA Grappa Barrique Morbida is a particularly smooth grappa from Trentino, with which the Marzadro family pays homage to its home region. It is produced using pomace from the Chardonnay and Gewuerztraminer grape varieties, which are characteristic of the region. Distillation is carried out particularly gently using the bagnomaria method in a batch still, with controlled temperature regulation helping to preserve the varietal characteristics of the raw materials. The combination of Chardonnay and the aromatic Gewuerztraminer forms the basis for the refined and balanced character of this Italian grappa.

After distillation, the Trentina Grappa Barrique Morbida is aged for several months in selected barrels that previously held the renowned Marzadro Grappa Stravecchia Diciotto Lune. This special barrel aging process lends the grappa additional smoothness and enhances its soft, velvety style. At 41% ABV in a 0.7-liter bottle, this grappa combines traditional Trentino distillation techniques with carefully controlled barrel aging.
