Martini Prosecco D.O.C. is a stylish, crisp sparkling wine from the Veneto region of northern Italy, made from the Glera grape variety, the heart of every authentic Prosecco production. As one of the most traditional names in sparkling wine, Martini & Rossi has stood for Italian joie de vivre, quality, and global renown since 1863. With Prosecco D.O.C., Martini presents a sparkling wine that is both a classic and a modern interpretation – light, fresh, and approachable, with fine perlage and elegant fruit.
It is produced using the Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This process preserves the primary aromas of the Glera grape and produces a particularly fruity and vibrant Prosecco. The Martini Prosecco has a moderate alcohol content of 11% vol., making it an ideal companion for many occasions – from aperitifs to festive dinners.
