It is produced using the elaborate maceration method, in which the Pinot Noir grapes remain on the skins for a short time in order to extract color, aroma and depth. The champagne then matures on the lees for at least five years, giving it complexity, finesse and a particularly fine, long-lasting perlage. The bottling in a 1.5 l magnum bottle supports a particularly harmonious development and underlines the festive, prestigious character of this bottling.
