The Laroche Petit Chablis 2024 12% vol. 0.75 l comes from the traditional Burgundy region of Petit Chablis, which has been known for decades for its clear, mineral Chardonnay wines. The vines grow on limestone and clay soils, which are typical of the region and contribute significantly to the structure and precision of this wine. Vinification is carried out with great care: malolactic fermentation is carried out for twelve days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 12 to 15 °C, followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks for four to six months. This method preserves the freshness and purity of the grape variety and underlines the classic style of the Laroche house. The natural cork stopper emphasizes the traditional orientation and value of the bottling. The vintage will mature until 2027, meaning that the wine can be enjoyed young or aged for several years in the cellar.

The Petit Chablis 2024 shows the signature of a winery that is internationally recognized for its precise interpretation of Chardonnay. Its origin from higher-lying plots, the mineral-rich soils and the deliberately reductive vinification give it the typical clarity, tension and lightness that make Chablis wines so highly regarded around the world. The stylistic line is geared towards freshness, accessibility and a taut structure, making this vintage a convincing and versatile accompaniment to food as well as a pure pleasure wine. Its clear focus makes it a classic representative of the Petit Chablis terroir.
