La Trappe Trappist Dubbel is an authentic Trappist beer from the Netherlands, brewed in the Onze Lieve Vrouw van Koningshoeven Abbey according to the traditional brewing methods of the Trappist monks. With an alcohol content of 7% by volume, it is one of the classic dubbels and impresses with its full-bodied, malty character. In this practical container with 24 bottles of 0.33 l each, it is ideal for parties, social gatherings or as a stock for lovers of Belgian-Dutch Trappist beers.
Dubbel impresses with its deep brown color with ruby red reflections and its dense, creamy head. It is brewed from selected types of malt, hops, yeast and pure spring water, resulting in a rich spectrum of aromas. Typical are the malty-sweet notes, which are accompanied by caramel, dried fruit, toffee and a fine spiciness. The finish is harmonious and balanced, with a slight bitterness that rounds off the taste and makes it a pleasure to drink.
