The K+K Kirnbauer Cesario Brut 12% Vol. 0.75 l is an exceptional sparkling wine from Burgenland, produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method. This places it among the ranks of high-quality sparkling wines characterized by elegance, finesse, and complex aromas. The blend combines Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc – vinified using the Blanc de Blancs et Blanc de Noirs method. While Sauvignon Blanc provides freshness, vibrant fruit, and structure, Cabernet Franc adds spice, finesse, and elegant depth.
The grapes thrive on stony, calcareous, and sandy loam soils, which lend the wine its distinctive minerality. After a chilled first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the second fermentation follows in the bottle, where the Cesario matures on the lees for 18 months. Sealed with natural cork and storable until at least 2030, it offers a stylish, long-lasting sparkling wine experience.
