The Isle of Raasay Cask Strength Hebridean Single Malt 2025 is a powerful cask strength bottling from the innovative Isle of Raasay Distillery, located on the Hebridean island of the same name off the Isle of Skye. It is based on the award-winning and unique six-cask recipe that defines the distillery's character. With an alcohol content of 61.6% ABV at natural cask strength, it is pure, authentic, and with impressive intensity.

Maturation is based on a blend of ex-rye whiskey casks, fresh chinkapin oak casks, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks, each of which is filled with both peated and unpeated spirit. This creates the signature combination of six cask types, ensuring a perfect balance between light peat smokiness, fruity depth, spice, and sweetness. The whisky impresses with its honey-gold color and a subtle hint of red wine. It is bottled without chill filtration and without coloring, thus guaranteeing its original purity and quality.
