The impressive backdrop of the distillery, Arthur's Seat, served as the inspiration for the gin "Height Of Arrows". The name is the literal translation of "Ard-Na-Said", the Gaelic name of the extinct volcano. With a height of 251 meters, Arthur's Seat symbolizes the furthest distance from which an archer could shoot an arrow. This symbolizes aiming higher and pushing boundaries.
The gin is characterized by its classic juniper taste, which impresses with fresh, aromatic and herbaceous notes. A hint of sea salt naturally intensifies the depth of flavor and adds an extra layer of complexity to the gin. Beeswax melts into the juniper oils, creating a smooth and uniquely silky texture.
