The Hillinger Hill Side White 2023 is an expressive Austrian quality white wine from Burgenland that impresses with its depth, exotic aromas and creamy structure. Produced by the renowned Leo Hillinger winery, this cuvee stands for a modern, powerful white wine style with an international appeal and clear origins. The blend of 70% Pinot Gris, 15% Chardonnay and 15% Gelber Muskateller combines structure, richness and aromatic diversity to create a multi-layered overall picture.

The vinification is precisely designed for expression and texture. After a maceration period of around six hours, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for around four weeks. The wine then matures for around two months on the full lees and a further four months on the fine lees, giving the dry white wine depth, creaminess and balance. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, the 2023 vintage is full-bodied, round and harmonious. The defined ageing potential of around three years underlines the focus on maturity and stability.
