The Hillinger Hill Side White 2018 12.5% Vol. 3 l is an elegant white wine cuvee from Austria, which comes from the renowned Leo Hillinger winery and impresses with its fresh, aromatic style. This harmonious cuvee of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Gelber Muskateller combines structure, fruit and aromatic finesse to create a versatile Austrian white wine. Vinification is carried out with a particular focus on freshness and aroma retention: after around 6 hours of maceration, the must is gently processed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks for around 4 weeks. This is followed by a full lees ageing period of around 2 months and a subsequent fine lees ageing period of around 4 months, which creates additional structure and harmony. With 12.5% alcohol by volume, this cuvee white wine from Austria is a balanced, fruity and versatile accompaniment to food.
