The Hillinger Chardonnay 2024 12 % vol. 0.75 l is a fresh, clearly structured white wine from Burgenland that impressively reflects the elegance and harmony typical of the Chardonnay variety. The grapes grow on loess and black earth soils, which give the wine its minerality, richness and aromatic depth.
Vinification takes place 100% in steel tanks to preserve the clear fruit and freshness. The wine is then aged for 2 months on the lees, with the yeast being stirred from time to time. This process gives it additional complexity, a creamy texture and fine aromas. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., Hillinger Chardonnay is a versatile accompaniment to many dishes. It can be kept until 2027, showing its lively freshness when young and an even more pronounced fullness later on.
