This fine sparkling semi-dry wine stands for harmony, balance and fine elegance. It is made from a carefully composed cuvee of select white wines that bring freshness, fruit and mild sweetness into a wonderful balance.
The second fermentation takes place according to the Methode Charmat, in which the wine is fermented in pressure tanks to preserve the typical fruit aromas and fine perlage. The sparkling wine then matures on the lees for several months to develop its creamy texture and elegant finesse. The Henkell Halbtrocken thus presents itself as a classic German sparkling wine with an international style - sparkling, round and charming at the same time.
