It is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 15-year-old vines that thrive on barren red gravel and ripen under ideal climatic conditions in the famous "Paths of Andau."

Hand-harvesting guarantees the highest quality, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with four weeks of maceration. The wine then ages for 16–18 months in barriques, which lends it additional depth, complexity, and ageability. With an alcohol content of 14.5% vol. and a shelf life until 2034, it is both a pleasure to drink now and a candidate for long maturation in the cellar.
