The Chateau Latour Premier Grand Cru Classe Pauillac 2015 is an outstanding representative of Bordeaux wines and comes from one of the region's most renowned wine estates. Chateau Latour, with a history dating back to the 14th century, is located in the heart of the Medoc and is known for its powerful and long-lasting wines. The 2015 cuvee consists of 97.1% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2.6% Merlot and 0.3% Petit Verdot and was bottled with an alcohol content of 13% vol.
The 2015 vintage benefited from ideal weather conditions, which allowed the grapes to ripen perfectly. The harvest took place between September 15 and October 10. Only around 30% of the harvest was used for the Grand Vin, which underlines the strict selection and quality standards of the estate. The wine was matured in 100% new French oak barrels, which gives it additional complexity and structure.
