The wine is made from a carefully composed cuvee of the finest Mediterranean grape varieties, typically Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvedre, which are used in an ideal balance depending on the vintage. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, followed by strict selection, separate vinification and a long ageing period in high-quality barriques.
