Villa di Remole, located in the heart of Tuscany, is the central hub of the Frescobaldi family's over 700-year-old, rich family history. This region, known for its deep roots in Italian wine culture, offers ideal climatic conditions for viticulture.
The Vermentino and Trebbiano grape varieties form the basis of the wines produced there. The excellent climate in spring, with optimal conditions in April and May, promotes rapid growth of the vines. A hot July initiates grape ripening, which is gently supported by the rainfall the following month. The cooling in August allows essential compounds to concentrate in the grapes, resulting in excellent quality in terms of aromas and polyphenols.
The wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit.
