The Eminente Ron de Cuba 10 Years Old Gran Reserva Finition Sauternes Edition N° 2 43.2% Vol. 0.7 l is an exceptional premium rum from Cuba that impressively embodies the masterful skills of the Cuban maestro roneros. Under the direction of the renowned rum master Cesar Marti - one of the last officially trained maestros roneros in Cuba - this second edition of the Gran Reserva series was created, which impresses with its exceptional barrel finishing.
The basis of this fine molasses rum is a selection of mature distillates that have been aged for at least ten years in oak barrels under tropical conditions. The rum is then given a particularly fine finish in Sauternes wine barrels, which gives it its unmistakable complexity and velvety sweetness. This maturation gives it an elegant structure and brings out notes of honey, ripe apricots, vanilla and tropical fruits, making it a sensual experience in both aroma and taste. Bottled at 43.2% vol. and not chill-filtered, the rum presents itself in its natural, authentic form - powerful, harmonious and full of depth.
