The Eichenwald DER ARISTOKRAT Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a powerful yet elegant red wine from Burgenland that perfectly expresses the strength of character of this noble grape variety. Under the signature of the Eichenwald wines, a Cabernet Sauvignon with an aristocratic attitude is created here - powerful, profound and precise. The warm Pannonian climate of Central Burgenland, combined with mineral-rich soils and careful vineyard work, creates ideal conditions for optimal grape ripeness.

After the harvest, the wine is matured in large wooden barrels, which gives the wine its structure, complexity and velvety texture without losing its varietal fruit. The 2023 vintage is a prime example of a modern, yet tradition-conscious Austrian Cabernet Sauvignon: concentrated, clearly defined and supported by fine tannins.
