Bottled by the independent family company Douglas Laing & Co., which has stood for authentic whiskies without coloring and without chill filtration since 1948, this edition is a tribute to the city of Berlin and is only available in limited quantities.
For the Scallywag Berlin Edition, exclusively selected single malts from the Speyside region were blended, many of which are matured in sherry casks. This creates a whisky with intense notes of dark fruits, chocolate, spices, and a delicate sweetness typical of Scallywag. Bottled at a robust 48% ABV, it presents itself full-bodied and aromatic, yet remains balanced and approachable. The elaborately designed gift box (GB) also makes it a sought-after collector's item.
