The Djokovic Syrah Selection is an exceptional premium red wine from Serbia that captures the essence of the Syrah grape variety in its most powerful and elegant form. It comes from the strictly selected "Selection" line of Djokovic Wines, which stands for the highest quality, precision craftsmanship and authentic terroir expression. This wine embodies the combination of modern cellar technology, sustainable viticulture and an uncompromising passion for perfection.

Made from 100% Syrah, this wine undergoes careful vinification: maceration and fermentation take place without the addition of sulphites in order to preserve the natural purity of the grapes. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks for three weeks at 25-32 °C - a long maceration that guarantees maximum color and aroma density. Gentle pressing and clarification are followed by complete malolactic fermentation, which gives the wine its soft, creamy texture. The Djokovic Syrah Selection then matures for a year in French oak barrels of the first fill (1st fill only), whereby it develops a particularly intense interplay of aromas of fruit, spice and wood. With an alcohol content of 14.5% vol., it is a powerful, complex and perfectly balanced red wine of international stature.
