For the citrus component, the distillery uses hand-picked Spanish oranges, which are washed, sliced, and seeded before being macerated separately and distilled in a small copper still. The resulting orange distillate is then blended with the Dingle Gin. For the second distinctive feature, Dingle collaborates with the local family-run business West of Dingle Sea Salt.
