Only virgin sugarcane honey is used for the Dictador Game Changer—fresh sugarcane honey that imparts a natural sweetness and exceptional complexity to the rum. Distillation takes place in both pot stills and column stills, allowing strength and elegance to complement each other perfectly. The individual distillates are then aged on Colombia’s Caribbean coast, where the maritime climate positively influences the aging process. For this exclusive cuvee, Hernan Parra—third-generation master blender of the long-established Parra family—selects only the finest American white oak barrels. The rums used come from barrels filled between 1999 and 2019 and lend the blend its extraordinary depth and complexity.
