Del Professore Gin A La Madame is an elegant and complex gin from Italy, crafted with artisanal care in limited batches. It comes from the Antica Distilleria Quaglia in Piedmont, a distillery with a long tradition that is also behind the renowned products of the Del Professore series. This gin is nicknamed "A La Madame" because of its particularly floral, finely balanced aroma profile – in the style of a soft, feminine gin.

Made from a grain alcohol of agricultural origin, the gin is macerated with a variety of carefully selected botanicals, including juniper, cinnamon, vanilla, mugwort, citrus fruits, chamomile, lavender, and other Mediterranean herbs. The result is a full-bodied yet harmonious gin with a subtle sweetness and pronounced floral depth. The gin is produced in small batches – without industrial filtration – which gives it its distinctive character and its golden, slightly cloudy color.
