The Bottega Alexander Aqva di Vita Grappa Cru Prosecco & Moscato is an elegant and finely balanced grape marc spirit made from a sophisticated cuvee of two noble grape varieties: Glera, the basis of the world-famous Prosecco, and Moscato, known for its fragrant, floral aromas. The result is a harmonious grappa that combines the freshness, fruitiness and elegance of the Glera grape with the aromatic sweetness and finesse of Moscato.

The basis for its outstanding quality is the careful selection and storage of the fresh, vinous marc, which comes from specially selected vineyards. Production takes place in traditional copper stills in three distillation phases at different temperatures in order to preserve the full spectrum of aromas. Thanks to vacuum distillation, the fine aromas of the grapes are fully preserved, while bain-marie heating (indirect water bath process) enables particularly gentle, controlled distillation. After distillation, the grappa is matured for around six months in stainless steel tanks, which gives it additional softness, structure and a harmonious balance.
