The company Baron Philippe de Rothschild is the owner of the winery Mouton Cadet. The winery produces excellent Bordeaux wine, which has gained high reputation worldwide.
It is made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grape varieties. The vines in Bordeaux grow on soils of clay, limestone and gravel. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the cellar. Here, careful sorting takes place and then the grapes are crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
